I like that this card has pictures! Texas has a visor card issued by the State of TX Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services that drivers can carry in their vehicle to identify themselves as being deaf or hard of hearing. They can choose the one that says "Driver has Hearing Loss" or "Driver is Deaf." They are free to Texas residents with a valid drivers license.
