I am looking for a sponsor on the California state level to create a bill mandating that televisions in hotels, bars, restaurants, etc. have captions turned on. I am aware of Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, Maryland, and Rochester bills.  If anyone else is in the process of attempting to get a state representative sponsor a bill in another state, would you please let me know?
