Zoom Captions - problem

Have you had the problem of delayed Zoom captions and /or truncated caption boxes? An example is attached below, (both in Word and PDF) as it happened to me with CART.

The Zoom Level 2 support is asking for additional contacts regarding this problem. Please let me know if this has happened to you: carolyn@...

Here is the Zoom Caption analysis (using the troubleshoot software that Zoom asked me to install) of the CART captions delay problem. I attach the latest conversation.

I'm finding that I click on the cc and select "subtitles." It gives me the box thhaty says English, and then there are no subtitles every tho' it says there are. That has been happening for most, but not all, meetings since they added the language preference option.  Today there was no cc legend at the bottom even tho' on the top was the banner saying the captions were on.

Manually update your Zoom app to make sure you have the current version. My current version is 5.13.0.
Go to the Zoom online portal at Zoom.us.
Select Settings 
Select In Meeting advanced
Make sure the Manual and Automatic caption options are activated.



 

Thanks. I have 5.13.3. I found the path you suggest. These were all turned on except this one: 

Allow use of caption API Token to integrate with 3rd-party Closed Captioning services

I have no idea what that means, but do you think that might be the problem?
