Regarding Rich's question: Can someone schedule a meeting and another member start the meeting as host? Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought zoom allows for this. My colleague scheduled a meeting and I joined first (as host) and proceeded to set up the meeting, etc. Click Here

You can enter someone the original host's key (your host key can be found in your profile page, near bottom--see picture below) I am not knowledgeable about all this but I have done it...Here is the info on using the Host Key: Click Here
