The feature I spoke of is on my laptop that is running windows.  Make sure you are running the latest version of zoom.  If that doesn’t fix it I am not sure what the problem is especially since the white hand appears and yet you cannot drag it to another location.

I have tried several things - all to no avail. I am running Windows 10 and was told it might be an Apple-only feature.
