Julie, what device are you using for this zoom? (Of course can't move captions on iPad or iPhone, to my knowledge)
I noticed zoom puts out updates...sometimes several a week. So I would just be sure you have the latest at (PC or Mac) at: Mac or PC Zoom Version Update
