My concern was not about the actual Zoom meeting. It was about the recorded version. I could move the captions during the meeting, but when viewing/listening to the recorded version, they were immovable and on the middle of the screen. No way to switch from gallery view to speaker view, etc. in the recording.

Julie, the other thing that makes a big difference is to update your operating system! Usually you go to the upper left corner, click on the icon (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc) and click on "About" Usually you can update it there.
