Our chapter uses three or four people to monitor various events during a Zoom meeting - admitting, muting, monitoring chat, replying to technical issues, etc. The Raise Hand feature in Zoom (and I assume other platforms) is underutilized. When used, it lets you know when someone has a question or comment by displaying a hand in the participant's thumbnail and in the participant window in the order in which the hand was raised. It also allows for the participant to actively engage in the meeting instead of relying on chat. Q&A is only available in webinars with Zoom.
