Walt, there are a couple of ways to get speech to text on a computer. The first is an app that is built into Windows Ease of Access called Speech Recognition. You can als get Dragon NaturallySpeaking which will convert what you say into words. I hope this helps. On your phone, when you are ready to type a message, tap the microphone and it will display what you are saying in words.
