I tested HeardThat (Which I think is the name.) because they had a free app for people to test it and report to them. I did, and reported. It deadens background noise and works amazingly well. The downside it that there is frequently static.   They agreed and were going to fix it. I said I would report on it again, but when I tried it was no longer free.
