Remember on Saturday I had captions in the breakout room? Since Rich uses a PowerPoint, and if the version is a newer version in Microsoft 365, you can have captions within the presentation. Also, as long as you have a slide on display, it will continue to caption. Have a slide with general information on it display during the business part of the meeting and if the mic is issued, it will caption whatever is spoken.
