We have captioning available on both cell phones and land lines. It’s government funded. The spoken words appear on a screen. That isn’t a service provided in England? How about the rest of the UK?
Wow! If he doesn’t know what it is, it sounds as tho’ they don’t have captioning. Yet they are so far ahead of us on looping.

I can't help because I don't know what you
mean by 'phone captioning services'. We don't have the fastest
broadband, but most people get a pretty good service.
