Zoom was more stable in the early days. But most important is that GoogleMeet didn’t have breakout rooms, nor several of the other features that were important for some individuals and organizations. If there was one feature that was important, then it’s easier to stick with one program.

Margaret - when you say "It is wildly superior interface.  Captions are excellent."  are you refering to Google Mets as opposed to Zoom?
