Ah, yes, you are correct, as I found when I looked deeper just now.  You're probably correct about the copyright infringement too.  Still, the app works better for me than others have done, including AVA and Microsoft Translator.

Live Transcribe on Android is free, and it is amazingly good from what I've seen of it.

I'm sure AVA, Microsoft Translator, and others will improve with time, if they continue to be supported.

My apologies for any confusion.

The iPhone app you are referring to is not the same app as Gooogle Live Transcribe. Note the different logos.

At some point I imagine Google will address this copyright infringement.
