Hi users,
You can help make your message easily searchable by using "tags." When you start a new topic, after your title, click on the dropdown menu "Add Tags" or create your own new tags by using the "#" symbol and words that will make your message topic searchable. Click on the "Add Tags" dropdown menu to see examples. Now when you go to messages, click on the "Hashtag" button and select the topic you are researching. It will list everything with that hashtag.
Currently, there is a wealth of information on captioning within Zoom and captioning in general. There has been a lot of time and effort in finding ways to incorporate captions into video conferencing platforms, particularly Zoom. People have created trial accounts and tested ways to get captions into Zoom or have captions available only to the attendee. Only two messages are tag with "#ZoomCaptioning." You can do a normal search, but that will show all messages with the search word in the content even if that word is not the focus of the message.
Don't let your hard work go unnoticed!
