George and Carolyn, Thanks for this update. I am following this closely as I have been advocating with many organizations and agencies to include this option. Many groups have paid Zoom accounts, but do not have paid Otter accounts. It’s gotten to the point that I’ve had to set up meetings just so those of us who need captions have them. Onward! ~Cheri

How did you get v5.4.4? You must have a pre-release instance. Per release notes, it is due out today:
