Thanks for the information Bob. I have connected an ipad to a projector using an HDMI cable (I think), and that worked. As we know, the technology can be different on whatever system we are using.

We last bought a projector for our meetings about five years ago. We haven’t used it in years (Pandemic). But I did check the size of the wall mounted screen and looked to find a projector

If there’s any chance the restaurant has a monitor that will be much better than a projector and screen. Many places that rent venues do provide monitors.
