Zoom Pro Pricing

I am looking into purchasing Zoom Pro for our chapter (CA North Bay) but am confused about pricing. On TechSoup, I see $65 Admin fee, which seemed good until I noticed the following (below). My question is, are other chapters paying $74.95 per host in addition to the admin fee for a total of $139.95? On the Zoom website, they charge $149.99. The following comes from the TechSoup website:
This offer provides access to a 50 percent discount on a one-year subscription for new subscribers for up to nine hosts. After you request this offer and pay TechSoup's administrative fee, you'll also pay Zoom $74.95 per host for the discounted subscription. You must pay TechSoup's administrative fee each year to retain the 50 percent discount. Add-ons are also discounted at 50 percent over and above the cost of the meeting plan.

A few days ago, I shared this new Zoom development with a moderator for the Mayo Clinic Connect group. Today, when mentors from a variety of discussion groups came together, the captions were there and everyone was quite intrigued by them. I’m the only mentor with hearing loss, and these meetings have been a struggle for me. I’ve managed by using a neckloop with my laptop, while teaching others a lot about hearing loss. Today’s 90 minute discussion meeting was a breeze! So pleased that Zoom now has this service. It’s gold!

I participate in a group that provides captions for me in the break out room. However, It’s my understanding that they set this up ahead of time. Ideally, Zoom could set this up so that it could be a universal design feature available upon demand.

Tony, in my experience the Zoom Captions and Transcript don't work while you are in a breakout room. When you return to the main room, you need to reinitiate them by clicking on "Show Subtitles". I did a video to demo this and you, can replicate what I did, to test it yourself.

Yes. But i didn't do anything special. Captions come at the bottom of the screen and I can move them under the speaker. I also have a transcript option.
