Facebook has a group for USA and Canadian residents for Cochlear Implants Swapping & Parts. It seems to list "for sale" items as well as free donations. It is a private group (which you can join) with about 7 thousand members. I was alerted to this facebook page, by Chad Ruffin, a MD -- Cochlear Implant Surgeon who wears two Cochlear Implants himself. In fact his story of getting into and going to Medical School is fascinating and makes for an excellent program topic. (chadruffinmd@...)
