Remember on Saturday I had captions in the breakout room? Since Rich uses a PowerPoint, and if the version is a newer version in Microsoft 365, you can have captions within the presentation. Also, as long as you have a slide on display, it will continue to caption. Have a slide with general information on it display during the business part of the meeting and if the mic is issued, it will caption whatever is spoken. Projectors are less convenient, usually, than a large computer display, connected to a laptop. That means only two pieces of equipment to transport and set up instead of three. Also, you can be sure that there will be no image size or focus issues.
