Thanks Alan, for clarifying what impact the Zoom version 5.10.0 had, I found your answer reassuring.

I updated to version 5.10.0. I received the update message when I logged into my admin section. I think Zoom rearranged parts of the administration section of the menu. I am unaware of any changes to the meeting settings. Live streaming is now available on YouTube and Twitch. Any reference to Zoom Chat does not affect our meetings. Zoom Chat is an additional feature marketed by Zoom - similar to a video call. It has nothing to do with the chat feature in Zoom Meetings. You can review the latest update log.

Did anyone receive an email from Zoom Video Communications, talking about enhancing the Admin Portal for ZOOM CHAT? I found it a bit confusing. 

If I understand it correctly, if I’m just hosting Zoom meetings for our chapter and we use the chat feature, this Admin change will not affect me.

Why? Because I am not using “private and public groups to interact with channel members”. 

What do you think?
