Captioning text file from today->Hybrid meeting slides; scheduling a Zoom run-through with the PPT, Invitation below-> 11:00am
Hi All,
Can we add this link to the HLAATech group to the last page as well?
I would appreciate it so we can remind the leaders can also connect there as well.
Lorin, please send final copy of the slides when you’re done! Thank you so much for putting all this information together!!
Best,
Carla

A draft version of the slides will be shared with you shortly after sending this email.
After our meeting yesterday and listening to your comments, I realized that I was planning too much content for 30 minutes max of presentation. With 70-some people potentially showing up, I agree that we need a lot of time for Q&A and scaled back the slide content a bit.
There are 7 presentation slides but only 4 that contain talking points. I thought it was necessary to include those points on the slides so that people can follow along as you both talk.
See what you want to be changed and maybe we can meet tomorrow to finish the preparations. I'm available most of the day. I suggest that we do a walkthrough if you have time.
Even with embellishing the talking points or adding more as you talk, we should be able to finish in less than a half-hour. I did not assume that we would have time to show clips of the videos, but we can do that if needed.
Also, I added speaker notes to the slides, mainly for my thought process as I was writing. I'm sure that I missed a lot, so please let me know what needs to be added.
Notice on the last slide that I added a new Gmail account that we can share, rather than providing our personal email addresses. And it will save extra emails back and forth between us. If you don't like that idea, I'll delete the account or just use it for my address.
Lorin
