Here is a link to VA’s national advisory committees. Nothing about hearing loss. Some are established by law and others administratively.

These are national and Don is correct in that local hospitals can establish their own.

The advisory committee on prosthetics has responsibility for hearing loss. I will follow up tomorrow.
